WHEN: Saturday, December 27, 2008, 2pm-4pm
WHERE: Public sidewalk in front of Monster Pets, 1575 N. 52nd St. (52nd & Jefferson), West Philadelphia, PA 19131(in the new Park West Town Center)

Signs and leaflets provided.
All of our demonstrations are held RAIN OR SHINE! In the event of a major storm we will wrap up the demo early.

WHAT: Pet Store Awareness Outreach - South Philadelphia Monster Pets
WHEN: Saturday, December 27, 2008, 12pm-2pm
WHERE: Public sidewalk in front of Monster Pets, 1946 South Columbus Blvd., South Philadelphia, PA 19148 (next to the IKEA shopping center )

Parking is convenient and always accessible.
Signs and leaflets provided.

WHAT: Burlington County Pet Expo 3
WHEN:
Saturday, October 4, 2008, 11 pm - 4 pm   Rain or Shine!
WHERE:
Burlington County Library, Woodlane Rd, Westampton, NJ

The Pet Expo 3 is a pet-friendly interactive, full day of family fun. The Burlington County Library in conjunction with Burlington County Times, Burlington County Animal Shelter and Veterinary Surgical and Diagnostic Specialists sponsor this event.  Live Broadcast by 94.5 WPST.

WHAT: “Gone to the Dogs” Pet Fair - part of Lower Makefield Township Community Pride Day
WHEN: Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2008, 12 pm - 5 pm      SHINE ONLY, NO RAIN DATE!
WHERE: LMT Municipal Grounds, 1100 Edgewood Road, Yardley PA 

Last year about 15,000 people attended this community day. This year a pet fair, with rescue and advocacy groups, is being added to the mix so they are expecting more people. 

We will have a table set up with materials available about the pet store-puppy mill connection.

WHAT: Public Meeting on Preventing Cruelty to Dogs - FREE meeting for animal lovers
WHEN: Sunday, September 7, 2008, 1pm-3pm      RAIN OR SHINE!
WHERE: Ridley Park Borough Hall - 105 East Ward St., Ridley Park, PA, 19078

We will be there passing out information about puppy mills, pet stores and our Boycott Monster Pets Campaign.

WHAT: Puppy Mill Awareness Day
WHEN: Saturday, September 20, 2008, 11am-5pm
WHERE: Intercourse Community Park, Leacock Township, PA
Old Philadelphia Pike, 500 yards east of Intercourse on right side

An event committed to educating the public about the connection between consumers and commercial breeding facilities. 
This educational day will include:  The “Rescue Ink” guys, Anne Marie Lucas of Animal Planet,  puppy mill survivor Baby and her guardian Jana Kohl, rescue groups with adoptable animals, free food, free gifts, original dog art, and the March Against the Mills!
Sponsored by Adopt A Pet, Inc., Last Chance for Animals,Inc., and Best Friends Animal Society.

We will have a table set up with Boycott Monster Pets campaign materials, anti-puppy mill jewelry and more!
