On January 22, 2012 we were informed that Monster Pets does not have puppies for sale.
This has yet to be confirmed. To date, we have received no formal statement from Monster Pets informing us their sale of puppies will not resume.
Monster Pets stores still sell small animals.
Any store that sells animals is profiting off of suffering.

Monster Pets puppies are purchased from puppy mills in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, a.k.a. "The Puppy Mill Capital of the East Coast". One of Monster Pets' puppy mill suppliers, Turkey Hill Kennels, has been in the news lately for subjecting the caged dogs to ammonia-soaked air, so bad that the USDA inspectors (who are only there for minutes compared to the 24/7 the dogs are subjected to) were forced to don air masks to be able to breathe.
